    "Côte d'Ivoire: on va se réconcilier pian!, es un manual de bolsillo que aborda en clave humorística, la necesidad de una reconciliación nacional para el pueblo marfileño receloso y rencoroso al terminar la corta y violenta guerra civil que el país sufrió en 2011. Esta guerra causada por unos insalvables desacuerdos sociopolíticos empañó considerablemente las armoniosas y pacíficas relaciones de su población heteróclita, constituida por marfileños y extranjeros de distintas nacionalidades. En este artículo pretendemos resaltar el carácter local del humor empleado en la obra y el papel cohesivo y unificador del humor en general.

    Côte d'Ivoire: on va se réconcilier pian! (Directly translated as Côte d'Ivoire: We will reconcile with each other- We must!), is a paperback which addresses from a comedic point of view, the need for national reconciliation by the people of Cote d'Ivoire after coming out wary and full of resentment from the 2011 civil war. This war which was brought on by insurmountable socio-political disagreements considerably tarnished the harmonious and peaceful relations of its diverse population, made up of Ivoirians and foreigners of diverse nationalities. In this article, we will focus in on the local character of the humour used in this literary work and the cohesive and unifying nature of comedy in general. "
