    Las autoras que escribieron en el siglo XVII, salvo contadas excepciones, fueron “flor de un día”. Pocas alargaron su fama hasta el siglo siguiente, quedando relegadas a las páginas de alguna historia de la literatura que se dignó a incluirlas, y casi siempre resaltando la excepcionalidad de ver a una mujer escritora.

    La segunda mitad del siglo XX, gracias a las reivindicaciones feministas y los nuevos estudios, ha contemplado un renovado interés por estas autoras olvidadas. En este trabajo se pretende lanzar una hipótesis sobre a qué pudo deberse el resurgir de estas autoras.

    Summary: Women writers of the 17th century, with few exceptions, were no more than just a flash in the pan. Few of them lengthened his fame until the following century, being relegated to the pages of a history of literature that deigned to include them, and almost always highlighting the exceptionality of seeing a woman who could write.

    The second half of the 20th century, thanks to feminist demands and newer studies, has seen a renewed interest in these forgotten writers. In this work we would like to make an hypothesis about what might have been the cause of the resurgence of interest for these authors.
