    The work in screen is intended to give a brief analysis of the degrading conditions in which immigrants are found by environmental disaster worldwide under a humanistic aegis based basically on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). In order to do so, we will observe the way the United Nations (UN) acts, in view of the imminent migration contingent, with regard to guaranteeing the dignity of the human person. As for the methodology, it is restricted purely to bibliographical research, having as majority source the information made available by the UN itself, both in a direct and indirect way, through its many strands of action. As for the qualification of the research, the descriptive- qualitative method was used, through the recording and interpretation of the facts of the physical world without the interference of the researcher.

    In summary, with regard to the results of the study, it was possible to conclude that the responsibility for whoever is to support the environmental refugee belongs to all, embodied in the UN guidelines, since these situations make the individual too vulnerable and should not there are boundaries for establishing socio-economic security that will only be possible precisely when all nations have a minimum support in environmental situations.

    O trabalho em tela tem por escopo, fazer uma breve análise acerca das degradantes condições em que se encontram os imigrantes por desastre ambiental em todo mundo, sob uma égide humanística basicamente fundada na Declaração Universal dos Direitos Humanos (DUDH). Para tal, far-se-á a observação do modo de atuação da Organização das Nações Unidas (ONU), face ao iminente contingente de migrações, no que se refere à garantia da dignidade da pessoa humana. Quanto à metodologia, restringe-se puramente à pesquisa bibliográfica, tendo como fonte majoritária as informações disponibilizadas pela própria ONU, tanto de modo direito quanto indireto, por meio de suas muitas vertentes de atuação. Quanto à qualificação da pesquisa, utilizou-se o método descritivo-qualitativo, por meio do registro e a interpretação dos fatos do mundo físico sem a interferência do pesquisador. Em suma, no que diz respeito aos resultados do estudo, foi possível concluir que a responsabilidade relativa a quem deva amparar o refugiado ambiental é de todos, consubstanciada nas diretrizes da ONU, tendo em vista que estas situações tornam o indivíduo demasiadamente vulnerável, não devendo haver fronteiras para estabelecimento da segurança socioeconômica que só será possível, precisamente, quando todas as nações tiverem um mínimo respaldo em situações de caráter ambiental.
