La preparación para la dirección escolar durante la formación inicial de los docentes:: Análisis histórico

    El estudio histórico lógico que se muestra referente al estado del proceso de preparación para la dirección escolar durante la formación inicial de los docentes en las universidades cubanas se delimitó en tres períodos. Asimismo, se definieron cuatro indicadores: a) la concepción de la formación inicial de los docentes, b) la intencionalidad de la preparación para la dirección escolar en el diseño curricular de la formación, c) los contenidos que la abordan y, d) las vías que se utilizan para su puesta en práctica. El análisis realizado permite identificar como tendencias generales que: 1) Aunque se avanzó gradualmente hacia una toma de conciencia sobre la necesidad de abordar esta preparación como contenido de la formación inicial de los docentes, en su modelación curricular no se consideró como un objetivo general explícito y siguió hiperbolizándose el papel que, en tal sentido, tiene la preparación para la dirección del proceso educativo de los escolares, considerándose como condición suficiente para ejercer con éxito la dirección de otros procesos y actividades en el contexto de la institución educativa y, 2) En la formación inicial de los docentes, en un proceso en el que se han dado avances y retrocesos, se han introducido asignaturas y acciones extracurriculares cuyos contenidos favorecen la preparación para la dirección escolar, pero aún no se ha logrado la consideración de este ámbito formativo como una estrategia curricular que abarque todos los componentes del modelo de formación y repercuta sobre la totalidad de los estudiantes.

    The historic logical study that gives the appearance of being relating to the status of the preparation process for the school management during the initial teacher training at the Cuban universities was delimited in three periods. At the same time, they circumscribed four indicators: a) the conception of the initial teachers training, b) the intentionality of the preparation for the school management in the curricular design of the initial teacher training, c) the contents that process it, and d) the forms that are utilized for his implementation. The realized analysis allows identifying as general tendencies that: 1) Although advanced itself gradually toward an awareness on the need to discuss this preparation like contents of the initial teachers training in its curricular modeling, it was not considered as a general explicit objective and kept exaggerating the paper, that, in such sense, have the preparation for the management of the educational process of the students, considering itself like condition enough to exercise the management of another processes and activities successfully in the educational the context of the institution and, 2) In the initial teachers training, in a process where advances and backward movements have taken place in, contents subjects of extracurricular study and actions have been introduced , which contents are in favor of the preparation for the school management, but curricular that extend throughout all of the components of the model of training has not yet gotten the consideration of this formative space like a curricular strategy and have an effect on the totality of students.
