    El mundo académico y los datos confirman que: “Latinoamérica es el continente más desigual”. A partir de esta aseveración se realizará un recorrido histórico que tendrá como eje la variación de la desigualdad de ingreso medida por el coeficiente de GINI, y su relación con las variaciones del Producto Bruto Interno (PBI), referenciado con el contexto histórico, en cuatro países del continente: Argentina, Brasil, Chile y Perú. A partir de los datos relevados  por organismos multinacionales y autores especializados, se elaborarán gráficos que permitan analizar el comportamiento de esas dos variables entre 1980 y 2014, en los países seleccionados.

    The academic world and data confirm that: "Latin America is the most unequal continent". From this assertion a historical path will be made that will have as its axis the variation of income inequality measured by the GINI coefficient, and its relationship with the variations of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), referenced to the historical context, in four Countries of the continent: Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Peru. Based on data from multinational organizations and specialized authors, graphs will be produced to analyze the behavior of these two variables between 1980 and 2014, in the mentioned countries.
