This article studies the trauma in the family memory caused by the state’s violence, the result of the crimes of forced disappearances. Based on the study of Cristobal Triana’s family, approach forms are being analysed taking into consideration the art and the criticism of the missing person, within the framework of the concept of post-memory given by Marianne Hirsch and with the aim of getting closer to the crime consequences and to the exercises of creation to correct the cracks in the social environments of the victim.
