  • In Early Childhood Education we need to share information between the school and the family’s home. This would ensure a common and shared educational environment, which is essential at this stage. This paper describes a platform based on interactive TV technologies that supports coordinated activities at home and at the school. Semantic technologies are used to provide recommendations based on the child’s profile and the learning objectives, altogether with support to side services (e.g. feeding, medical care). Currently, the system is fully operative from a Nintendo Wii with a working prototype already available for Google TV.
