    Las psicosis, cuyas coordenadas se sitúan más allá del sentido y del saber científico actual, nos convocan, para quien sabe escucharlas, a nuevas e inéditas maneras de pensar y articular los modelos de atención social y sanitaria. Estas posiciones subjetivas nos enseñan diferentes maneras de ser, de estar, y de hacer lazo social, así como una capacidad inaudita para la invención y la creación de soluciones particulares, por fuera de las normas. En el presente artículo se propone elaborar un saber, tomando como orientación las psicosis, que nos permita avanzar en la creación de nuevas formas de hacer institución.

    The madness, whose coordinates lie beyond sense and current scientific knowledge, call us, for those who know how to listen to them, to new and unprecedented ways of thinking and articulating models of social and health care. This subjective position teaches us different ways of being, of being and of making a social bond, as well as an unprecedented capacity for invention and the creation of particular solutions, outside the norms. In the present article it is proposed to elaborate a knowledge, taking as orientation the psychosis, that allows us to advance in the creation of new ways of doing institution.
