Se presenta en este artículo una perspectiva filosófica analítica del lenguaje y se expone que, mediante su adecuada aplicación en las herramientas de administración, se puede prospectar con mayor eficacia la estrategia empresarial. El trabajo inicia con la exposición de la postura de varios autores sobre el problema del lenguaje como instrumento fundante para delimitar la realidad compleja de los sistemas; y luego se describen modelos lineales de administración útiles en planificación, dirección organizacional y determinación de escenarios futuros. Bajo una posición crítica e interpretativa se retoman contextualmente fuentes originales de resultados anteriores al objeto de estudio, teorías filosóficas que hacen referencia al problema del lenguaje, la teoría general de sistemas, y la planificación y prospectiva estratégica.

This article presents an analytic philosophical perspective of language, and it shows that through its proper application in the management tools, the business strategy can be developed more effectively. The paper begins with the statement of various authors’ postures on the problem of the language as a foundational tool to delineate the complex reality of systems. Then, linear administration models are described, which are useful in planning, organizational management, and determination of future scenarios. Under a critical and interpretive position, original sources of results are retaken prior to the object of study, which are philosophical theories, which refer to the problem of language, the general systems theory, and the planning and strategic foresight.
