A través de la neo-construcción de un templo griego de la salud, cuyo frontispicio, piedras y metopas hemos ocupado con productos y actitudes de la Dieta Mediterránea, hemos querido transmitir lo que los antiguos griegos utilizaban para las ciencias del conocimiento a través de la imaginería, en los últimos siglos, antes y después de Cristo, dando el mayor valor o dios pantócrator –tímpano- al aceite de oliva para ir descendiendo en la escala –friso-, primero a los alimentos y llegar con gruesas columnas a los cimientos de la vida saludable ligados al ejercicio físico, la convivencia, etc. e introducirnos en la puerta del templo de la salud integral.
