Resumen de Discernir la vocación, educar para discernir: un nuevo planteamiento para la formación sacerdotal

  La última Ratio Fundamentalis Institutionis Sacerdotalis (2016), otorga a la categoría “discernimiento” un peso notable, en plena sintonía con el magisterio del papa Francisco. Concretamente, se utiliza para iluminar dos finalidades de la formación sacerdotal profundamente unidas entre sí: garantizar el acceso al sacerdocio de personas idóneas y capacitarles para desarrollar con la competencia debida el ministerio sacerdotal. En el presente estudio se analizarán las claves que la nueva Ratio aporta para una mejor educación en ambos fines de la formación sacerdotal.

  The most recent Ratio Fundamentalis Institutionis Sacerdotalis (2016), in full harmony with the Magisterium of Pope Francis, gives immense importance to the category of “discernment”. Specifically, it is employed to illuminate two aims of the priestly formation deeply united with each other: to guarantee the access to the priesthood for suitable persons and to train them to undertake the priestly ministry with due competence. The present study will analyze the keys that the new Ratio provides for a better education, having both aims of the priestly formation in view.
