Resumen de Producción científica sobre radio universitaria: (Scopus, 2000-2017)

El fenómeno de la radiodifusión universitaria tiene casi un siglo de recorrido, desde sus primeras experiencias en universidades de Estados Unidos y Argentina, pero este hecho no se corresponde con la investigación desarrollada sobre la materia. El objetivo del presente estudio es identificar y analizar la producción científica sobre radio universitaria publicada en revistas indexadas en la base de datos de Scopus en el periodo 2000-2017 a través de distintos indicadores bibliométricos. Los resultados muestran que existe una escasa producción bibliográfica (47 documentos), que se mantiene a lo largo del período analizado y va en claro aumento en el último lustro, así mismo la mayoría de documentos se aglutinan en instituciones estadounidenses, españolas y latinoamericanas. Una de las principales conclusiones, es que en España existe un creciente interés en este tema de investigación coincidiendo con la creación de la Asociación de Radios Universitarias de España (ARU).

The phenomenon of university broadcasting has existed for almost a century since its first experiences at universities in the United States and Argentina, but this fact does not correspond to the research carried out on the subject. The objective of the present study is to identify and analyze the scientific production on university radio published in journals indexed in Scopus database in the period 2000-2017 through different bibliometric indicators. The results show that there is a scarce bibliographic production (47 documents), which is maintained throughout the analyzed period and is clearly increasing in the last five years, likewise the majority of documents are grouped in American, Spanish and Latin American institutions. One of the main conclusions is that there is a growing interest in Spain in this topic of research coinciding with the creation of the Asociación de Radios Universitarias de España (ARU).
