Resumen de Análisis didáctico de registros semióticos en el contexto de la cinemática

  En esta contribución se reporta cómo estudiantes de un curso de Física a nivel universitario, utilizaron los diversos registros de representación semiótica (lenguaje gráfico, numérico, analítico y verbal) al tratar de resolver un problema de cinemática. El propósito fundamental de la investigación estuvo centrado en explorar el uso que le dieron al registro gráfico del fenómeno físico denominado caída libre, considerando que en la enseñanza tradicional se utiliza casi exclusivamente el lenguaje analítico. La actividad se realizó con una muestra de estudiantes de una carrera de ingeniería, de la Universidad de Sonora, en el año 2017. La investigación realizada fue de corte cualitativo descriptivo. El diseño, descripción e interpretación de los resultados de la investigación se sustenta en las premisas teóricas del Enfoque Ontosemiótico de la Cognición e Instrucción Matemática aplicadas al análisis de un fenómeno físico; específicamente se utilizaron las premisas en las que se declara que los significados de los objetos son esencialmente sistemas de prácticas actuativas y discursivas.

  In this contribution we report how students of a physics course at the university level, used the various records of semiotic representation (graphic, numerical, analytical and verbal language) when trying to solve a kinematics problem. The fundamental purpose of the research was focused on exploring the use they gave to the graphic record of a physical phenomenon, free fall, considering that in traditional education almost exclusively the analytical language is used. The activity was carried out with a sample of students from an engineering career, from the University of Sonora, in the year 2017. The research carried out was qualitative and descriptive. The design, description and interpretation of the results of the research is based on the theoretical premises of the onto-semiotic Approach of the Cognition and Mathematical Instruction applied to the analysis of a physical phenomenon; Specifically, the premises in which it is stated that the meanings of the objects are essentially systems of active and discursive practices were used.
