  • Resumen
    • This paper presents an experience in developing technical skills and personal competences by an approach that integrates agroup of teaching methodological tools and assessment coherently. It has been implemented for students of EngineeringProject Management subject in the Industrial Technologies degree program of the Technical University of Madrid. Thestudy shows how the authors face the new challenges that are caused by the adverse economic context by adopting effectivecountermeasures in the classroom. The results show that the specific teaching-learning strategy that we introduce enablesthe reinforcement of four competences simultaneously and the acquisition of subject knowledge at a high level, eventuallyguaranteeing the inclusive engineering educational system of the institution.
