    En este artículo se propone una nueva concepción del aprendizaje basada en el funcionamiento del cerebro humano: la Teoría del Aprendizaje Neuroconfigurador, que a su vez constituye la base para un nuevo modelo pedagógico, emergente y pertinente para el tercer milenio, el modelo de la Pedagogía Configuracional. Los principales postulados expresados contribuyen a comprender cómo aprende el estudiante y cómo deberían enseñar los docentes. Se aportan los elementos didácticos estructurales que permiten investigar, diseñar, desarrollar y evaluar los procesos de enseñanza y aprendizaje basados en el funcionamiento del cerebro humano. Lo anterior constituye la base de la Psicología Configurante y de la Pedagogía Configuracional, respaldada por la Teoría del Aprendizaje Neuroconfigurador que se propone, asume y sustenta, a partir de la conceptualización del Aprendizaje Neuroconfigurador. Finalmente se reflexiona sobre cómo se entrenan y se modifican la mente y el cerebro humano.

    This article proposes a new theory of learning based on the operation of the human brain: the brain-configurating learning theory, which in turn forms the basis for a new model of teaching, emerging and relevant for the third millennium, the pedagogy configurational model. The main postulates expressed contribute to understand how students learn and how teachers should teach. Provides the educational structural elements that allow research, design, develop, and evaluate the functioning of the human brain-based processes of teaching and learning. The foregoing constitutes the basis of the configurating psychology and pedagogy configurational, supported by the theory of the learning brain-configurating which intends, assumes, and supported, starting from the conceptualization of the learning brain-configurating. Finally he reflects on how he trained and the mind and the human brain are modified.
