  No es hasta el 2012 que en Cuba se autoriza la constitución de cooperativas en sectores distintos del agropecuario. Esto ha posibilitado que el entorno jurídico cooperativo nacional se diversifique y también se complejice. En este orden las normas que lo aprueban y establecen no están exentas de imperfecciones, de ahí que con el presente trabajo se pretende realizar un análisis crítico de dichas normas, tomando como base la doctrina del cooperativismo, así como la experiencia acumulada en Cuba en el funcionamiento de las cooperativas agrarias. La estructura del artículo, en gran medida, se corresponde con la propia sistemática del Decreto Ley y su Reglamento.

  It is not until 2012 that in Cuba were authorized the creation of cooperatives in other sectors different than the agriculture one. This has permitted the cooperative legal system gets diversify and becomes more complex. Law that approve and establish it are not exempt from imperfections, hence the present paper seeks to perform a critical analysis of this legal norms, based on the doctrine of cooperativism, as well as the experience accumulated in Cuba in the operation of agricultural cooperatives. The structure of the article is corresponded to the own system of the Decree Law and its Regulations.
