A tutela de direitos humanos num cenário de crise ambiental em tempos de globalização

    The article deals with the complexities of the globalized world facing the new position of the nation-state in the protection of human rights. The objective is to analyze the implications of the new world order in the paradigm of the emergence of ecological imbalances from the globalized society, emphasizing the importance of the human rights debate contemporaneous with the modernization of the world, as well as the interactions between man and nature of the risks posed by the numerous environmental crises. The text is developed through the use of the hypothetical-deductive method, together with the bibliographic research technique. It concludes that, in a global risk scenario, social security and cooperation dialogues among nation-states should seek to ensure the protection of environmental assets and resources through local instruments, with a view to ensuring a future for human populations.

    O artigo trata das complexidades do mundo globalizado frente a nova posição do Estado-nação na tutela de direitos humanos. Objetiva-se analisar as implicações da nova ordem mundial no paradigma da emergência dos desequilíbrios ecológicos a partir da sociedade globalizada, ressaltando a importância acerca do debate dos direitos humanos na contemporaneidade concomitante à modernização do mundo, como também, as interações entre o homem e a natureza no limiar dos riscos que acarretam as inúmeras crises ambientais. O texto é desenvolvido por meio do emprego do método hipotético-dedutivo, aliado a técnica de pesquisa bibliográfica. Conclui, que num cenário de riscos globais, deve-se buscar, por meio de diálogos de responsabilidade social e cooperação entre os Estados-nações, a efetivação da proteção dos bens e recursos ambientais por meio de instrumentos locais, com vistas à garantia de um futuro melhor para as populações humanas.
