    Debruça-se, neste artigo, sobre a declaração de quitação plena após pagamento de verba indenizatória em rescisão de contrato de representação comercial visando avaliar a possibilidade de sua relativização. Para tanto, analisa-se o problema mediante a seguinte ordem de consideração: abordagem dos principais elementos do contrato de representação; relação entre igualdade, mercado, boa-fé objetiva, função social da propriedade e justiça aristotélica; resolução do problema à luz do Direito Civil brasileiro, a partir da dignidade da pessoa humana como elemento sistêmico integrador. Ao final, posiciona-se pela relativização da quitação, no sentido de que não possui força liberatória absoluta.

    This paper addresses the full discharge of indemnifications in the termination of commercial representation contracts, aiming to evaluate the possibility of its relativity. For that, the study analyzes the question by the following order: approach of the main elements of commercial representation contracts; the relationship between equality, market, objective good faith, social function of property and Aristotelian justice; the resolution of the question under Brazilian Private Law, considering human dignity as an integrating systemic element. In the end, the paper concludes for the relativity of the full discharge in the sense that it does not have absolute release power.
