As fronteiras da exclusão: o processo identitário e multifacetado do indígena

    This research problematizes the identity process of the indigenous peoples of Mato Grosso do Sul, from the text of the textbook titled “Povos indígenas em espaços urbanos”, organized by Cledes Markus (2008) and used as a pedagogical resource. It is an opportunity to reflect on indigenous history and culture, on the occasion of the "Indigenous People Week” held from April 14 to 20, 2008. The theoretical and transdisciplinary foundations of this research are based on the discursive-deconstructive perspective, including studies by Coracini (2003, 2007), Pêcheux (2009), Deleuze (1992), Derrida (2001), Foucault (1990, 1992), Sousa-Santos (2007), Mignolo (2007) and Bhabha (1998) who foment studies that concern alterity to the denaturation of stereotypes. In this discourse a set of questions appear which promote its appearance-event: the conditions of the indigenous peoples of Mato Grosso do Sul, power relations, the contradictory interests, the imminent destruction of the utopian birth of these people, configuring the social exclusion and the agonistic frontier feeling which constitute them.

    Esta pesquisa problematiza o processo identitário dos povos indígenas de Mato Grosso do Sul, a partir do texto didático intitulado "Povos indígenas em espaços urbanos", organizado por Cledes Markus (2008) e utilizado como recurso pedagógico. Trata-se de uma oportunidade para refletir sobre a história e a cultura indígena, por ocasião da "Semana dos Povos Indígenas", ocorrida de 14 a 20 de abril de 2008. A fundamentação teórica transdisciplinar desta pesquisa, com base na perspectiva discursivo-desconstrutiva, traz estudos de Coracini (2003; 2007), Pêcheux (2009), Deleuze (1992), Derrida (2001), Foucault (1990; 1992), Sousa-Santos (2007), Mignolo (2007) e Bhabha (1998) por tecerem estudos que concernem alteridade à desnaturalização dos estereótipos. Nesse discurso manifesta-se um conjunto de questões que fomentam seu aparecimento: as condições dos povos indígenas de Mato Grosso do Sul, as relações de poder, a iminente destruição do espaço (u)tópico de nascimento desses povos, configurando a exclusão social e o sentimento agonístico fronteiriço que os constituem.
