Resumen de La formación del profesorado para la Escuela Rural: una mirada desde la educación física

  La presencia de la escuela rural en la formación del docente de Educación Física resulta ser bastante marginal en los planes de estudio del profesorado, a pesar de que sea un contexto educativo real en el panorama nacional. Esta brecha entre formación inicial y práctica docente requiere sintonizar las demandas pedagógicas del contexto rural con las competencias del docente de la escuela rural. La revisión de la bibliografía efectuada coteja la invisibilidad de la escuela rural en la formación inicial de los maestros y maestras, lo que nos hace indagar para recoger las razones que justifican esa apatía. La investigación que se desarrolla es de corte cualitativo, empleando el estudio multicasos. Los resultados obtenidos muestran la necesidad de replantear la formación de maestros y maestras de Educación Física para acoger la singularidad y potencialidad de la Educación Física en la escuela rural.

  The presence of the rural school in the training of physical education teachers turns out to be quite marginal in the curricula of the teaching staff, even though it is a real educational context in the national panorama. This gap between training and teaching practice requires tuning the pedagogical demands of the rural context with the skills of the rural school teacher. The revision of the bibliography made compares the invisibility of the rural school in the initial formation of the teachers, which makes us inquire to gather the reasons that justify that apathy. The research that develops is qualitative, using the multicase study. The results obtained show the need to rethink the training of physical education teachers to welcome the uniqueness and potential of Physical Education in the rural school.
