    El! objetivo! de! este! artículo! es! el! estudio! del! alto! rendimiento! desde! una! óptica! cualitativa,! teniendo! en!cuenta!la!subjetividad!de!los!jueces.!Para!ello,!un! juez!internacional!se!meterá!en!el!papel!del!panel!de! jueces! que! presencian! la! competición! y! hará! un! análisis!cualitativo!de!la!coreografía!de!una!rutina!de! gimnasia!aeróbica.!Para! tal! fin,!se!ha!entrevistado!a! Sergio! García! Alcázar,! técnico! deportivo! en! la! Federación! Española! de! Gimnasia! y! juez! internacional! de! la! Federación! Internacional! de! Gimnasia! (FIG),! además! de! primer! campeón! de! España!oficial!en!la!modalidad!individual!masculino.! También! se! ha! pedido! la! colaboración! de! Sara! Moreno! López,! una! de! las! mejores! gimnastas! españolas!de!la!categoría!senior,!que!compite!en!las! modalidades! individual! femenino! y! parejas! mixtas.! Entre! sus! innumerables! logros,! mencionaremos! los! dos! más! recientes! en! la! Copa! del! Mundo:! 1ª! en! Parejas! Senior! (2011)! y! 3ª! en! Individual! Senior! (2011).!! Con!este!estudio se! pretende!acercar!al!lector!a! un! deporte!que!no!mucha!gente!conoce!y!que!se!llama gimnasia! aeróbica,! aeróbic! deportivo! o! aeróbic! de! competición.!El presente!artículo!comienza!con!una! introducción!que!abarca!desde!el!nacimiento!de!este! deporte! hasta! la! actualidad,! y! en! la! que! se! mencionan!las!distintas!instituciones!que!se!han!ido! formando!por!el!camino!y!cómo,!en!este!proceso,!el! reglamento!ha!ido!cambiando!constantemente!para! mayor! coherencia! de! los! jueces.! Se! pretende! que! todo!esté!correctamente!normativizado!y!justificado! con! el! fin! de! convertir! esta! modalidad! de! gimnasia! tan!joven!en!futuro!deporte!Olímpico.

    The! aim! of! this! article! is! the! study! of! high! performance!from!a!qualitative!point!of!view,!taking! into! account! the! subjectivity! of! judges.! So,! an! international!judge!will!get!into!the!role!of!the!panel! of! competition! judges! carrying! out! a! qualitative! analysis!of!the!choreography!of!a!gymnastics!aerobic! routine.! To! this! end,! Sergio! García! Alcázar,! sport! technician in!the!Spanish!Gymnastics!Federation!and! International! Judge! of! the! International! Federation! of!Gymnastics!(FIG),!being!the!first!official!champion! of! Spain! in! Men's! Singles! modality,! has! been! interviewed.! We! have! also! requested! the! collaboration!of!Sara!Moreno!López,!one!of!the!best! senior! gymnasts! of! Spain,! who competes! in! individual! and! couples! modalities.! Among! her numerous!achievements, we!mention! the! two!most! recent!ones!in the!World!Cup: 1st!in!Senior!Couples! (2011)!and!3rd!in!Senior!Individual!(2011).

    We intended! to! bring the! reader! closer! to a! sport! that!many!people!do!not!know!which!is!called sport aerobics!or!aerobic!gymnastics.!So!this study begins! with!an!introduction!on!this!sport!from!its!birth!until today,!mentioning the!various!institutions!have!been! formed!along!the!way!and!how,!in!this!process,!rules have! been! constantly! changing! for! improving! consistency! of! judges! in! the attempt! of! properly! regulate! and! justify! this! young! sport in! order! to! make!it!into!a future!Olympic!sport.
