Práctica pedagógica y competencias TIC: aatributos y niveles de integración en docentes de instituciones educativas de básica y media

    El presente artículo analiza el nivel y atributos de competencias TIC en el marco del modelo del Ministerio de Educación Nacional (MEN) de Colombia; para ello se creó un instrumento con base en sus descriptores de competencias. El enfoque de la investigación fue cuantitativo, no experimental, transversal descriptivo. La muestra fue aleatoria simple probabilística y estuvo conformada por 255 docentes de 16 instituciones educativas de educación básica del municipio de Cúcuta, Colombia. El análisis buscó los promedios más altos y bajos entre las variables de estudio. Los resultados muestran que los docentes solo llegan a alcanzar el momento integrador en las competencias pedagógicas, pero en el resto de las dimensiones solo llegan al momento de exploración evidenciando el promedio más bajo en las competencias investigativas.

    This article analyzes the level and attributes of ICT competencies in the framework of the model of the Ministry of National Education (MEN) of Colombia; for this, an instrument was created based on its competency descriptors. The focus of the research was quantitative, not experimental, cross-sectional descriptive. The random sample was simple probabilistic and consisted of 255 teachers from 16 basic education educational institutions in the municipality of Cúcuta, Colombia. The analysis looked for the highest and lowest averages among the study variables. The results show that teachers only reach the integrating moment in the pedagogical competences, but in the rest of the dimensions they only arrive at the moment of exploration evidencing the lowest average in the investigative competences.
