Efectos de la coordinación interdepartamental en los Trabajos Fin de Grado en la Facultad de Economía y Empresa de la Universidad de Murcia

    En este trabajo presentamos los resultados obtenidos por una metodología innovadora en la realización del TFG, consistente en aplicar coordinación interdepartamental y tutorías de grupo en su realización, apoyándose en el uso de las TIC. Para conseguir tal fin creamos una Línea Transversal para la realización del TFG. Los resultados obtenidos, durante los últimos cuatro cursos académicos, indican que casi el 100% de los estudiantes de dicha Línea Transversal superaron con éxito la evaluación del TFG y más de la mitad de ellos alcanzaron una calificación superior a 8,5, estableciéndose una diferencia de casi un punto con el resto de las más de 50 líneas ofertadas. A modo de conclusión, se realizan una serie de reflexiones y sugerencias con el fin de facilitar la implantación de dicha innovación de coordinación interdepartamental.

    In this paper, we present the results obtained by an innovative methodolo-gy in the realization of the Final Year Project Work (for short, TFG) consisting of applying interdepartmental coordination and group tutorials in its implementation, based on the use of ICT. To achieve this goal, we created a Transversal Line for the realization of the TFG. The participants of the study are students from Business Administration and Mar-keting. The results obtained during the last four academic years indicate that almost 100% of the students of the Transversal Line successfully passed the TFG evaluation, and more than half of them reached a mark above 8.5, making a difference statistically significant of almost a point with the rest of the offered lines. As a conclusion, we made a series of reflections and suggestions in order to facilitate the implementation of such innovation of interdepartmental coordination
