    En este artículo se hace mención al inicio, desarrollo e implantación del I Plan Estratégico de Calidad de las Bibliotecas Públicas Municipales de la Provincia de Sevilla (2014-2016) así como el método de trabajo utilizado para la búsqueda de información, y las relaciones formales e informales que surgieron de tal método. Por otra parte se expone el trabajo colaborativo del personal de la Biblioteca Municipal de El Palmar de Troya en el proceso de elaboración de la Carta de Servicios de las Bibliotecas de menos de 5.000 habitantes.

    At the beginning of this paper we talk about the development and implementation of the I Strategic Plan on Quality in the Public Municipal Libraries in the Province of Seville (2014-2016). At the same time, we explain the methodology used to search information, and the formal and informal relations resulting from this method. On the other hand, we also discuss the collaborative work of the staff at the Municipal Public Library El Palmar de Troya at the time of creating the service offer of libraries with less than 5.000 inhabitants.
