    La enseñanza de profesores de fútbol infantil y el funcionamiento de ligas deportivas para niños y adolescentes se caracterizan por privilegiar el carácter competitivo por sobre el desarrollo integral del individuo, es por eso que es necesario cambiar este modelo a partir de la mirada de las ciencias de la motricidad humana, que revelan que el deporte debe consistir en ser más persona, es decir, los valores deportivos y educativos serán parte fundamental de la enseñanza y aprendizaje del deporte. La siguiente revisión bibliográfica tiene por objetivo establecer evidencias de cómo funciona el fútbol infantil, a partir de los beneficios de la práctica deportiva, los modelos de enseñanza y el desarrollo del fútbol en estas etapas de la vida. Se obtuvo que los entrenadores deben privilegiar el carácter formativo e integrador en estas edades para fortalecer a los individuos más allá de sus habilidades deportivas.

    The teaching of children's football teachers and the operation of sports leagues for children and adolescents are characterized by privileging the competitive character over the integral development of the child, that is why it is necessary to change this model from the perspective of the sciences of The human motor skills, that reveal that the sport must consist in being more person, that is to say, the sportive values and education will be fundamental part of the teaching and learning of the sport. The following bibliographic review aims to establish evidence of how children's football works, based on the benefits of sports practice, teaching models and the development of soccer in these stages of life. It was obtained that coaches should privilege the formative and integrative character in these ages to strengthen the children beyond their sports abilities.
