    Por medio de la pregunta motriz que da título a este proyecto, a saber, ¿Puede el alumnado de primero de Derecho descubrir la cotidianidad de las cuestiones controvertidas actuales del sistema parlamentario? Se quiere, utilizando un sistema de metodologías activas, abordar el análisis de este sistema de gobierno desde una perspectiva novedosa. En este escenario, se pretende que el alumnado aprenda, partiendo de lo qué ya sabe de la realidad cotidiana, y descubra qué necesita saber para poder responder a los desafíos que se le plantean. Por tanto, el aprendizaje se convierte en un proceso constructivo a la vez que cooperativo debiendo el equipo, tanto individual como colectivamente, dar con la respuesta adecuada a los retos planteados. Esta comunicación tiene por objeto presentar los resultados de la implementación del proyecto de innovación educativa concedido por la UPV/EHU en la convocatoria 2011-2013 y que se ha implantando en el segundo cuatrimestre del curso 2012/2013.

    Via the main question and title of the project, to enquire: Can first year law students uncover the effects on and repercussions in daily life of the current controversial issues in the parliamentary system? The objective is, by using a system of active methodologies, to approach the analysis of this system of government from a new perspective. In this setting, the aim is that the students learn using their own knowledge of daily reality as a starting point, and discover what they need to know in order to be able to respond to the challenges posed. Therefore, the learning becomes a process which is both constructive and cooperative, requiring the team to individually and collectively come up with the appropriate answer to the challenges posed. This presentation aims to outline the results of the implementation of the educational innovation project EIP /PIE awarded by the University of the Basque Country UBC/ UPV/ EHU in the 2011-2013 competition, carried out in the second term of the 2012/2013 academic year.
