    La relación entre Derechos Humanos, el Enfoque Basado en Derechos Humanos (EBDH) y el Trabajo Social es incuestionable. Los Derechos Humanos están implícitos tanto en la teoría como en la práctica profesional del Trabajo Social. A través de los Derechos Humanos, la intervención que se desarrolla desde el Trabajo Social se orienta a reducir las situaciones de injusticia, pobreza y desigualdad y, en definitiva, a mejorar las condiciones de vida de las personas en situación de dificultad social. El presente artículo tiene por objetivo analizar la vinculación entre Derechos Humanos y Trabajo Social en la bibliografía especializada de la disciplina de Trabajo Social. Se presentan los resultados del estudio sobre estas relaciones tras la búsqueda realizada en dos bases de datos, Dialnet y SCOPUS. Se constata una baja vinculación explícita entre Derechos Humanos y Trabajo Social en la bibliografía y se aboga por avanzar tanto en la aplicación práctica del EBDH como en el conocimiento y formación de los trabajadores sociales en Derechos Humanos.

    The relationship among Human Rights, A Human Rights-Based Approach (HRBA) and Social Work is undeniable. Human Rights are implicit both in the theory as well as in the professional practice of Social Work. Focusing on Human Rights, the intervention developed within the Social Work field is aimed at reducing situations of injustice, poverty and inequality, thus, improving the living conditions of people under situations of social difficulty. The purpose of this article is to analyze the link between Human Rights and Social Work by studying the specialized bibliography in the Social Work discipline. Once finished the search carried out in two databases, Dialnet and SCOPUS, the results of the study concerning these relationships are presented. A weak link between a Human Rights-Based Approach and Social Work is the most important finding, therefore advocating for both enhancing the practical implementation of the HRBA as well as improving the knowledge and training of social workers concerning Human Rights.
