From the beginning, internet has been sold as a plural, democratic and equal space for the exchange of information, but that ideal image has been vanishing little by little because of the difficulty of access of a large percentage of the population for economical and instructional reasons, and of course, for the unequal advantage that some internet users have by fixing the price for the information that circulates. Nevertheless, it is undeniable that technology has a main roll in the future of education as it creates new and important ways for people to reach to knowledge, gestating a cultural change that seems to be unstoppable.
