Comprobación de la estructura subyacente del R-SPQ-2F mediante análisis de estructura de covarianza

    El R-SPQ-2F es un instrumento utilizado en diversas investigaciones para medir los enfoques de aprendizaje. Sin embargo, su estructura interna es una cuestión todavía a debate. La importancia de confirmar su estructura subyacente radica en la necesidad de conocer las variables que realmente se miden con él. Se utiliza una investigación por encuesta en la que participan 279 estudiantes de la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad de León y se comparan los modelos alternativos presentes en la bibliografía mediante análisis de estructura de covarianza, en concreto, con la técnica de Análisis Factorial Confirmatorio (AFC). La estructura que mejor responde a los datos es una estructura bifactorial en la línea de los resultados alcanzados en otras investigaciones. La investigación futura deberá tener en cuenta estos dos factores superiores para interpretar sus hallazgos. Se aportan también soluciones para mejorar la escala con los 20 ítems originales

    The R-SPQ-2F is an instrument used in many studies to measure learning approaches. However, its internal structure is still a matter of debate. It is important to confirm its underlying structure in order to find out which variables are being measured with it. A survey method is used with 279 students of the Faculty of Education at the University of León, and alternative models found in the literature are compared using covariance structure analysis, specifically, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). We conclude that the structure that best fits the data is a two-factor structure in line with the results obtained in other studies. Future research should take these two primary factors into account when interpreting their findings. Solutions are also offered for improving the scale with the original 20 items
