    El artículo se inscribe en una revisión documental. Tiene como finalidad analizar algunas aristas relacionadas con el Sistema Educativo venezolano, las cuales, a juicio de la investigadora, son las que más lo afectan y mantienen problematizado. Las reflexiones giran en torno a cuál es la dificultad y cómo puede tratar de mejorarse significativamente. Todo cambio educativo conlleva a uno social, por lo tanto es importante tener claro los inconvenientes para poder darles una respuesta oportuna, otorgándole un doble papel a la educación, de un lado, formadora de un ser social y por el otro, transformadora a tono con las exigencias sociales. A tal efecto, la transformación ciertamente no resulta tan fácil, ésta conlleva a un cambio de paradigma que permita desarrollar los intereses y necesidades de todos los involucrados, sin imposiciones, en correspondencia a lo que realmente demanda la sociedad en la cual se desenvuelven.

    Its purpose is to analyze some aspects related to the Venezuelan Education System, which, in the opinion of the researcher, are the ones that affect and problematize it. Reflections revolve around the difficulty and how it can be improved significantly. Every educational change involves a social one, so it is important to be clear about the inconveniences to be able to give them a timely answer, giving a double role to education. On the one hand, forming a social being and, on the other, transforming the system attending social demands. To that end, the transformation is certainly not so easy, this leads to a paradigm shift that allows the interests and needs of all involved to be developed, without impositions, in correspondence to what the society in which they are working.
