Resumen de Nonprofit Management in the Hospitality and Tourism Industries
The prevalence of nonprofit organizations in the hospitality and tourism industries prompted the Department of Hotel, Restaurant, and Travel Administration at the University of Massachusetts to offer a course studying nonprofit organizations. The course studied why and how not-for-profits exist in a capitalistic economy, knowledge necessary for managing nonprofit operations, and how, through cooperative efforts, nonprofit organizations can support for-profit entities.
