  En el presente artículo se hace un meta- análisis de dos investigacionesque se realizaron con maestros de Básica primaria y Docentes Universitarios;en torno a las prácticas pedagógicas; para lo cual se trabajo desdeel método de la etnografía reflexiva y, a partir de los resultados se logrademostrar que aún sustentan su práctica pedagógica con un discurso enel cual los estudiantes tienen un rol fundante en el proceso de enseñanzay aprendizaje; sin embargo, su práctica de aula se desarrolla centrada enacciones propias de la escuela tradicional, en donde el maestro es el ejecentral del proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje

  In the present article, a meta-analysis of two investigations was carried out with teachers of Primary Basic and University Teachers; Around pedagogical practices; For which we work from the method of reflective ethnography and from the results we can demonstrate that they still support their pedagogical practice with a discourse in which students have a founding role in the teaching and learning process; However, his classroom practice is focused on actions typical of the traditional school, where the teacher is the central axis of the teaching and learning process.
