Resumen de Are Recorded Lectures Better than Live Lectures for Teaching Students Legal Research?

Jane Bahnson, Lucie Olejnikova

  • This study compares retention of legal research concepts between two LL.M. student groups: one taught by live lecture and one taught using a self-paced, recorded module.

No significant difference in retention was found between the two groups. While recorded classes may offer other advantages, student learning was not improved by substituting a self-paced, recorded module for live instruction.
