Urbano e rural: contradições e influências no (re)pensar da ruralidade no Brasil

    Este texto discutirá a relação urbana e rural, pelo viés das ruralidades. Destarte, surge a questão norteadora: Qual é a relação do urbano com o rural? Estes espaços são distintos ou se relacionam? Estes questionamentos permitem visualizar as transformações que envolvem o processo sociocultural, político e econômico no país, sua repercussão nas políticas voltadas para o rural, seus efeitos no desenvolvimento rural, o que implica também, discutir a integração campo e cidade, pois ambos estão em constante movimento de transformação. A pesquisa é qualitativa de cunho teórico, tendo como principais interlocutores: Bezerra e Bacelar (2013), Carneiro (1998), Veiga (2002) e Wanderley (2000), entre outros. Conclui-se que estes espaços de relações e de lugar entre o urbano e o rural se complementam e se integram, mas também obscurecem a relação de poder e de interesse.

    This paper discusses the urban and rural relationship, the bias of ruralities. Thus the main question arises: What is the urban relationship with the rural? These spaces are distinct or related? These questions allow you to view the transformations involving the socio-cultural process, political and economic in the country, its impact on policies for the rural, its effects on rural development, which implies also discuss the integration country and city, as both are in constant transformation movement. The research is qualitative theoretical nature, the main interlocutors: Bezerra and Bacelar (2013), Carneiro (1998), Veiga (2002) and Wanderley (2000), among others. We conclude that these spaces relations and place between urban and rural complement and integrate, but also obscure the relationship of power and interest.
