Un anhel de grandesa empeny l’home a cercar una glòria que no posseeix com a pròpia, però sense la qual no pot comprendre’s. Qualsevol pretensió prometeica no assoleix més que incertes glòries que no sacien aquest anhel. Com pot fer-se cognoscible una glòria vertadera, l’esplendor de l’etern fer-se visible a la realitat finita de l’home? Quan la tradició bíblica parla de la glòria de Déu, es situa en aquell llindar entre la irrupció del diví i la visió de l’home, i mostra la forma paradoxal d’aquest deixar-se veure (entregar-se) diví a l’home: la visió en l’ocultament. Aquesta forma de manifestar-se en la no-forma permet contemplar, no sols la glòria amagada en tota realitat mancada d’esplendor, ans la incomprensibilitat del misteri diví (Amor trinitari) que es deixa veure tot ell com a sobre-forma en l’ocultament únic de la creu, des d’on tot el que brilla rep la llum.

A longing of greatness drives human being to search a kind of glory that he can't possess by himself but that he needs it for his selfunderstanding. Any promethean claim does nothing else than fulfill uncertaing glories and it can never satisfy this longing. How true glory can be known? How the eternal grandeur can fit in the finite human reality? When biblical tradition mention the glory of God, it refers to a special situation midst the divine irruption and the human vision, and it shows the paradoxical way of divinity to be revealed (given up) to human being: vision by the covertly. This way to manifest divinity through the non-form allows to contemplate not only the glory hidden in all reality lacking of splendour, but also the incomprehensibility of the divine mistery (Love trinity) that is revealed as an super-form by the unique covertly of the cross, from where all shiny things receive the light.
