“Aprender Trabajando”, proyecto educativo sociocultural para el tratamiento educativo a jóvenes con trastorno de la conducta

    Este  trabajo parte del vínculo de la universidad con instituciones sociales y de la necesidad de preparar a funcionarios de instituciones penitenciarias para desarrollar con mayor efectividad el tratamiento educativo a grupos de riesgo, utilizando las TIC, métodos y procedimientos existentes en el campo de la pedagogía, la psicología y la sociología, para atender a los internos. Por ello se propuso como objetivo elaborar un proyecto educativo sociocultural que permitiera atender con efectividad a los internos con conductas llamativas, diversificando las actividades de tratamiento educativo. Como resultado, se desarrolló el proyecto “Aprender Trabajando” que facilitó la superación,  desarrollo espiritual y cognitivo de todos los sujetos implicados.

    This study is based on the link between the university and other social institutions as part of the university extension activities, and on the need to prepare prison officers to develop a more effective educational treatment to risk groups, using NTIC, methods and procedures from the field of pedagogy, psychology and sociology, in order to assist inmates and, in accordance with their limitations and potentials, promote their social reinsertion and a positive modification of their behavior. Thus, it was set as an objective of this research to develop an educational sociocultural project that would address inmates who show controversial behavior, diversifying their educational activities. As a result, the project "Learning by working"  was developed, it propitiated the schooling as well as the spiritual and cognitive development of all the individuals involved.
