Durante siglos, lingüistas y apasionados por las lenguas, convencidos del poder del lenguaje como arma para la fabricación de un mundo mejor, han asumido la tarea de crear proyectos lingüísticos de elaboración artificial. Pese a todo, los propósitos por los que se han creado estas lenguas han variado en función de las distintas etapas y de los intereses concretos de cada autor. Desde finales del XX, se ha producido un aumento en el número de lenguas artificiales creadas con fines artísticos, por lo que sus inventores han tenido que buscar nuevas vías como el cine o Internet para desarrollar y dar a conocer sus lenguas. Por lo tanto, en esta comunicación pretendemos abarcar el estudio del papel que ha desempeñado el cine en la creación y difusión de los sistemas lingüísticos artificiales.

For centuries, linguists and passionate about languages, convinced of the power of language as a tool for making a better world, they have assumed the task of creating artificial linguistic development projects. Nevertheless, the purposes for which they have created these languages have varied according to the different stages and the specific interests of each author. Since the late twentieth, there has been an increase in the number of artificial languages created for artistic purposes, so that inventors have had to seek new avenues such as cinema or the Internet to develop and publicize their languages.
Therefore, in this paper we intend to include the study of the role played by the cinema in the creation and dissemination of artificial language systems.
