Desterritorializar: hacia una Teoría Curricular Itinerante

    El presente trabajo analiza críticamente la razón eurocéntrica y su utilización en la teoría del currículum. Entendida como una razón dominante, colonialista, fija y homogeneizadora. Por ello, la teoría del currículum se encuentra paralizada y burocratizada, cuando no ha perdido su sentido crítico y de análisis social y educativo. Frente a ella se defiende aquí, retomando las ideas iniciales de Huebner, Deleuze y especialmente Sousa Santos, una teoría curricular itinerante que dé lugar a nuevas formas de pensar y sentir la educación. Desterritorializar la teoría del curriculum implica privilegiar la diferencia, la apertura epistemológica y la diversidad. Sólo así la teoría del currículum podrá ser la fuente de una educación emancipadora.

    This study critically analyses Eurocentric thinking and its use in curriculum theory, understood as a dominant, colonialist, inflexible and homogenising way of thinking. Therefore, curriculum theory is at best paralysed and bureaucratised, when not deprived of its critical purpose and also its social and educational analysis purposes. In view of this, an itinerant curriculum theory is supported here—by returning to the initial ideas of Huebner, Deleuze and, especially, Sousa Santos—which will lead to new ways of seeing and thinking about education. Deterritorialising curriculum theory means favouring differences, epistemological openness and diversity. Only in this way will curriculum theory be able to be a source of emancipating education.
