    Se describe una nueva subespecie de Lithobius (Monotarsobius) crassipes L.

    Koch, 1862, del Sur de la Península Ibérica, Lithobius (Monotarsobius) crassipes morenoi ssp. n., sobre ejemplares capturados en dos cuevas de la comarca de la Sierra Subbética cordobesa. La nueva subespecie se diferencia de la subespecie típica por el número de ocelos y la espinulación del último par de patas.

    A new subspecies of Lithobius (Monotarsobius) crassipes L. Koch, 1862, is described from the South of the Iberian Peninsula, Lithobius (Monotarsobius) crassipes morenoi ssp. n., on specimens collected in two caves of the mountains of the Subbetic region of Córdoba. The new subspecies differs from the type subspecies by the number of ocelli and the distribution pattern of the spines of the last pair of legs.
