    The lack of social ties is generally attributed to the psychotic structure - the psychotic is inserted in the speech, but makes no social tie. The author parts from the Lacanian elaboration about the psychosomatic phenomenon (FPS), in particular its similarity to psychosis by the presence of holophrasis and from the possibility of its appearance in any structure, to propose a discussion about the kind of tie makes the psychosomatic.

    A falta de laço social é geralmente atribuída à estrutura psicótica - o psicótico está inserido no discurso, mas não faz laço social. A partir da elaboração lacaniana acerca do fenômeno psicossomático, em especial sua aproximação da psicose em decorrência da presença da holófrase e da possibilidade de seu surgimento em qualquer estrutura, a autora discute que tipo de laço faz o psicossomático.
