    The objective of this paper is to analyse, through a dyadic approach, whether spectators and professionals have the same perception of the value of a football match. To do so, and for the first time, the authors have applied Holbrook's theory of experiential value as a whole to a football match. Based on semi-structured interviews with spectators and professionals, the authors have shown the relevance of the hybrid approach to perceived value. Besides, the dimensions of value which spectators and experts are attached to are not always identical, raising a number of managerial issues on the need for reassessing the balance between perceived benefits and costs, the provision of service, or the relevance of local anchorage in club strategies.

    En appliquant pour la première fois la théorie expérientielle de la valeur d'Holbrook dans sa globalité à un spectacle de football, l'objectif de cet article est d'analyser, par une approche dyadique, si spectateurs et professionnels ont la même perception de la valeur d'un match. À partir d'entretiens semi-directifs auprès de spectateurs et de professionnels, les auteurs ont pu montrer la pertinence de l'approche hybride de la valeur perçue. En outre, les dimensions de la valeur auxquelles spectateurs et experts sont attachés ne sont pas toujours identiques, ouvrant des axes de réflexions managériaux sur la nécessité du rééquilibrage bénéfices/coûts perçus, sur l'offre de service, ou encore la pertinence de l'ancrage territorial dans la stratégie des clubs.
