The markets of the city of Sucre are not only a place of trade. They are centers of interculturality, where no local could not miss, no national resisted eating something typical, and in which no tourist stops interact with this marvelous world that encloses the cultural identity of which we should be proud of. This research aims to provide the tools for both the guides in tourism as the sellers provide visitors local, national and international, a complete journey giving to know the origin of the different products, their evolution, their traditional uses; also explain why certain scenes of a sociological type so that it becomes a painting with illustrative sense.
