• The main objective of this investigation was the extraction of bioactive compounds from tree natural sources Dorstenia brasiliensis, Schinus molle y Malva sylvestris to evaluate the antimicrobial activity against Listeria monocytogenes. Extracts of Schinus molle and Malva sylvestris showed an inhibitory effect against the pathogen.
