  • Sexual harassment continues to be pervasive in the workplace. It is doubful that organizations consciouly encourage inappropriate social-sexual behavior, yet the prevalence of sexual harassment suggests that organization may unofficially or informally sanction behaviors that facilitate or encourage sexual harassment. This Study tests a cultural influence model of sexual harassment that explores how sex, victim status, perceptions of fair interpersonal treatment, social-sexual behaviors, and sexual harassment training and knowledge influence employees perceptions of how their organization lives up to its stated zero tolerance sexual harassment policy
