  • In this paper we present the analysis of wind speed measurements generated in the Toluca Valley of Mexico State, by the UPVT, in the year 2010, were compared the probability curves that resulted from the histograms, obtaining basic information for planning the installation of wind turbines, and calculation of the volumes of locally available energy.
