    • The objective of this research is to understand the attitude of teachers in the division to disability management. It is a descriptive study to be performed by obtaining quantitative data through a questionnaire. The design of the questionnaire is a modified version of the Scale of Attitudes toward people with disabilities Verdugo, Arias and Gennaro (1995). This assessment of attitudes consists of 37, for the case in 25 items will be used, which allows us to know the general attitudes towards disability and factors: assessment of capabilities and limitations, recognition / denial of rights, personal involvement, generic qualification and roles. The answers are Likert-type scale, numbered from 1 to 5, (1 Strongly Disagree to 5 Strongly Agree). The research question be answered: What are the attitudes that teachers have administrative division towards people with disabilities?
