    • In the career of Business Management of the Technological University of Nezahualcóyotl, it presents a big problem that creates frustration for students and this in some cases frustrates also the continues of their studies and this is the fact of fail the subject of English, the acquisition of a second language in particular English language is a real problem for young students and moreover those students who pass all courses in English is proved that they do not have the skills to communicate in that language.

      This works points out the discussion about the origins of the problem and in the proposals for possible solution emphasizes that the most important thing is the motivation to make clear its application, and also see the purpose for which is important communicate in English and in the other hand detach the cultural burden within that learning English implies, is difficult to learn English as part of the thoughts of the majority of the population and becomes a barrier to their learning, and other reasons were found to be inadequate learning techniques, cultural paradigm shift and other factors that focuses in most of the cases in the lack of motivation and that in this we find a possible solution.
