  • The work developed here is a dare for Academicians, it is a challenge for each researcher professor that integrates it, the results are more favorables whenever are realized as a team. In the evaluation Programa de Mejoramiento del Profesorado (PROMEP) from 2010 the academicias belonging to Electromechanical Industrial were awarded in the category of In Consolidation as a result of developed work, therefore to achieve the category of Consolidation, a work plan has been structured according to needs between careers of Electromechanical Industrial of Technological University of Tulancingo, settling down goals and actions to achieve them. It has been essential active, collaborative and enthusiastic participation; but especially mutual respects to developed work that every researcher does, also all decisions are according to the Academicians.
