    • Tutoring is the strategic focus to educational innovation for comprehensive training of students, hence, we studied the appreciation of teachers of Dentistry about the tutorial that provide the academic unit to apply to 35 teachers / tutors randomly selected one Likert scale was performed statistical frequency analysis Microsoft Office Excel 2007. Finding that in the tutorial, the 37.1% of the tutors always been clear about the characteristics and strategies of this, the 34.3% always have access to information on techniques and tools used to identify students' problems. The 57.1% always received training, 51.5% said that there is a business planning tutorials, Therefore, there is a lack of tutorial activities, it requires constant training and evaluation.       Also, 60% of the tutors do not devote time for this hearing, nor considered pleasant facilities established to perform this task. In the same way, is valued lack of preparation and commitment of faculty to accomplish its mission tutorial.
