This article presents the implementation of voice technology on mobiles devices. The finality is supported with the natural approach of second language acquisition by Stephen Krashen where the second language learner has learning objects anywhere, anytime to practice their utterance and increase their educt. The Monitor hypothesis explains the relationship between acquisition and learning and defines the influence of the former immediately using a device mobile and voice recognizer.
